Product Manager

Compensation: Exceptional package reflecting the strategic importance of the role

Help shape the future of sovereign intelligence technology

This is not a role where you'll inherit someone else's roadmap.

You'll define it.

Joining at a pivotal stage of growth, you'll become the first dedicated Product Manager within a pioneering AI business developing mission-critical intelligence platforms for government and enterprise organisations worldwide.

Working at the intersection of AI, large-scale data and advanced investigative technology, you'll transform complex customer challenges into products that influence how critical decisions are made in highly secure environments. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll shape product strategy, drive investment priorities and build the Product capability that underpins the next phase of growth.

For an ambitious Product Manager, this is a rare opportunity to leave a lasting legacy - influencing not only what gets built, but the future direction of a business tackling some of the world's most complex intelligence and security challenges.

Package & Benefits

  • Exceptional package reflecting the scope and impact of the role
  • Opportunity to shape the Product function from the ground up
  • High levels of autonomy and strategic visibility
  • Work alongside a senior leadership team solving complex global challenges
  • Remote-first environment with future relocation support available where appropriate

Why this business

Our client is a pioneering technology company developing next-generation AI and intelligence platforms for government and enterprise organisations operating within highly regulated environments.

Its technology enables organisations to analyse complex data, manage sophisticated investigative workflows and make critical decisions with greater speed and confidence. As demand continues to grow across multiple specialist sectors, the business is investing in Product leadership to ensure customer needs remain at the heart of future innovation.

This is a rare opportunity to join at a defining stage of the company's evolution, where your influence will extend well beyond product delivery to help shape long-term commercial success.

What you'll be doing

  • Define and own the product roadmap across multiple intelligence and investigative platforms
  • Partner with customers, Engineering and senior leadership to translate complex operational challenges into market-leading product solutions
  • Drive strategic product prioritisation, balancing customer value, technical feasibility and commercial objectives
  • Build and mentor a high-performing Product team as the organisation continues to scale

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years Product Management experience within enterprise software, AI, intelligence, cybersecurity or complex data platforms
  • Proven experience delivering analyst-facing or investigative products within enterprise environments
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and Engineering teams
  • Experience defining product strategy and roadmap priorities within high-growth or technically complex organisations

Who this suits

You're a commercially minded Product Manager who wants more than ownership of a backlog. You're motivated by solving complex problems, influencing business strategy and building products that deliver real-world impact. You thrive in environments where autonomy is matched by accountability and where your decisions genuinely shape the future of both the product and the organisation.
