Job Responsibilities:
- Own products roadmaps in alignment with company goals.
- Drive discovery: interview clients, buyers/suppliers, run experiments, validate problems/solutions, and define success metrics.
- Ship value fast: write clear PRDs/user stories, manage backlog & sprint rituals, define acceptance criteria, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
- Collaborate on AI features: frame use cases, data needs, evaluation criteria, and guardrails with Data/ML.
- Champion quality & compliance: ensure performance, data privacy, auditability, and documentation suited to bank/enterprise standards.
- Create clarity: communicate priorities, trade-offs, and timelines to stakeholders and leadership
Please note that the job scope will evolve according to the business needs and priorities over time.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years experience in Product Management for B2B SaaS (marketplaces, procurement, fintech, or data/AI products preferred).
- Strong product discovery and delivery skills with a track record of shipping end-to-end features.
- Excellent communication in English & Arabic.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills (clients, partners, and internal teams).
