Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to achieve production targets.
• Develop and monitor production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Lead and supervise production teams to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Procurement, and Quality departments.
• Monitor production performance and implement process improvements.
• Control production costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare production reports and analyze KPIs.
• Resolve production issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Promote a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualification

• sBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• .5+ years of experience in production/manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• .Strong knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and manufacturing processes
• .Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• .Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
