Job Title:Production Supervisor

HOD:Plant Manager

Location:Fujairah, Al Hayl, UAE

Reporting to:Plant Manager

Qualification:Mechanical/Chemical Engineer

Experience:

• Total: 5-8 years

Salary:AED 7000 per month

Required Skills:

• Proficient in production management and quality control
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
• Ability to identify and resolve production issues
• Experience with ERP systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute production as per the production schedule.
• Prepare daily consumption, spoilage, and reprocessing reports on a shift basis.
• Oversee factory operations, ensuring production and quality targets are met.
• Ensure product quality aligns with company systems, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor and measure product specifications according to the production schedule.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety rules and regulations during shifts.
• Identify root causes of production issues and take effective action to resolve them.
• Report machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians.
• Conduct overall inspection of the production process on a shift basis.
• Manage and develop production employees to achieve goals in safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality, service, and cost.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
• Generate and input shift reports through the ERP system.
