Key Responssibilty :-
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to the production plan.
- Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently.
- Monitor output, cycle times, material usage, and overall performance.
- Oversee mold/die changeovers and ensure proper setup.
- Adjust machine parameters to improve quality and efficiency.
- Assign tasks to operators/technicians and resolve minor machine issues.
- Ensure product quality and correct raw material usage.
- Prepare daily reports on production, downtime, waste, and manpower.
Required Expeirnce :-
- 3–5 years experience in plastics, packaging, or pipe manufacturing (mandatory).
Skills Needed :-
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills (thermoforming).
- Ability to read technical drawings and documents.
- Experience with Battenfeld & Amut extruders.
- Knowledge of PVC, CPVC, PPR materials; sizes from ½ inch to 8 inches.
- Qualifications :-
- Technical Diploma in Plastic Technology or related field.
