The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Leads the delivery of PMO and project controls services across assigned commissions, guiding implementation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Supports team development within the centre of excellence and hub, aligning activity with Mace strategy and performance frameworks.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Champion safety, wellbeing, and inclusive practices across all project environments.

  • Managing PMO and project controls strategy and delivery on large-scale commissions.

  • Build trusted client relationships and drive performance through data, planning and reporting.

  • Guides the development and management of the baseline (scope, time, cost, risk, assumptions) and subsequent delivery performance, change and contingency monitoring.

  • Monitors the development of project quantitative risk analysis (cost and time).

  • Collaborates with PMO director and/or project manager to address actions, recognise opportunities and mitigate risks and issues.

  • Managing day-to-day assigned commissions on all PMO and project controls matters.

  • Mentor teams, support recruitment, and contribute to Mace's net zero carbon transition.

You'll need to have:

  • Degree qualification in a relevant subject.

  • Major project or programme delivery experience.

  • Professional membership or Chartered status.

  • Necessary criteria for visa requirements.
