Our client is hiring for the position of Project Manager role.
Requirements:
.Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for all assigned projects.
.Coordinate with department heads to align project objectives and requirements.
.Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and permits are obtained before project commencement.
.Track progress and proactively resolve potential delays or bottlenecks to ensure on-time completion.
.Prepare project cost estimates and monitor actual expenditures against approved budgets.
.Implement cost control measures and provide periodic financial updates to the Administration Manager.
.Maintain accurate project records, drawings, contracts, and handover documentation.
.Prepare and submit regular project progress reports completion certificates
