We are hiring a Sustainability Program Coordinator Consultant to support the execution of sustainability initiatives focused on water management across operational sites. In this role, you will coordinate installations, manage vendors, oversee data onboarding, and ensure accurate program tracking and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule, resolve operational issues, and maintain high-quality data. Your work will contribute to improving water efficiency, supporting sustainability goals, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the installation of smart metering systems and water efficiency measures across multiple operational sites.
- Manage installation schedules, track project milestones, and maintain accurate program trackers across active workstreams.
- Conduct site readiness checks, including access, connectivity, and required approvals before deployment.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding activities, monitor compliance status, and support purchase order and procurement workflows.
- Oversee the onboarding of newly installed meters into monitoring platforms and resolve integration issues with internal teams and vendors.
- Validate water consumption data, monitor leak alerts, track corrective actions, and escalate issues when required.
- Prepare regular program reports, maintain project documentation, and support program review meetings.
- Apply AI tools and automation to improve data collection, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination, sustainability programs, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong project coordination skills with experience managing multiple workstreams across different locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practical familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, validation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, including purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and compliance workflows.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
