Taskeen is looking for ambitious and driven Property Advisors to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through property purchases and investment opportunities while managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable real estate options aligned with their needs and investment goals
- Present, promote, and sell residential properties professionally
- Manage the end-to-end sales process and ensure smooth transaction closures
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and inventory
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and deals
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
- Market awareness and analytical thinking
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Relevant educational background is preferred
