Property Consultant - Leasing
Aurantius Real Estate is looking for driven and motivated Property Consultants specialising in Leasing to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a commission-only, performance-based role ideal for ambitious individuals who are client-focused and eager to build a successful career in Dubai's dynamic rental market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage residential and commercial leasing leads.
- Source and maintain an up-to-date portfolio of rental properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and property investors.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Match prospective tenants with suitable properties based on their requirements and budget.
- Advise clients on rental market trends, pricing, and leasing opportunities.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and successfully close leasing transactions.
- Manage tenancy renewals and provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate, leasing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, commission-only environment.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
- Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, automotive sales, or direct sales are encouraged to apply.
