Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The individual in this position will advise clients on property investments, luxury homes, and rental opportunities, guiding them through property selection, viewing, negotiation, and closing processes. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, conducting market research, preparing property presentations, and maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of listings. The role involves coordinating property viewings, building long-term client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process. The Property Consultant will also contribute to sales targets and participate in business development activities to grow the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills relevant to property investments, luxury homes.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, and meet revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess good organizational, negotiation, and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions.
• Relevant experience in the Dubai or UAE real estate market is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage.
• Comfort with CRM systems, property portals, and basic office software is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving license and the ability to travel to client sites and property locations are beneficial.
