What You'll Be Responsible For

• Build and manage your own portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Convert qualified company leads into successful transactions
• Generate your own business alongside company opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals confidently
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service
• Stay informed on Dubai's property market, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline through Bitrix CRM
• Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A self-motivated, target-driven mindset
• Confidence to build relationships and close deals
• Professional attitude with a desire to learn and improve
• UAE-based and ready to perform
