We are seeking an experienced QC Inspector - HVAC to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of HVAC installations and systems through thorough inspections and testing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control inspections on HVAC systems and components to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications related to HVAC systems.
- Perform testing and measurement of HVAC equipment to verify performance and efficiency.
- Document inspection results and prepare reports to communicate findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC standards, regulations, and best practices in quality control.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in quality control or inspection in the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA).
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment such as gauges, meters, and testing devices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively report findings and collaborate with teams.
