Quality Officer

1.

Conduct periodic inspection visits to branches and conduct audits according to specified standards (safety, quality, maintenance, government documents, municipal certificates, etc.)

2.

Immediately fix the problems that can be fixed during the visit in coordination with the branch manager.

3.

Prepare a report on each visit to the branch and send it to the email branch and the area manager and follow up until all the problems referred to in the report are resolved.

4.

Ensure that all branches adhere to following the company's standard operating procedures, service standards, product quality, product knowledge, training, and all hygiene practices.

5.

Monthly inspection visits to housing according to specified standards, preparing reports, and sending them to the direct manager.

6.

Inspection visits to warehouses, auditing according to specified standards, preparing reports, and sending them to the direct manager.

7.

Preparing the required reports (weekly and monthly) and sending them to the direct manager

8.

Conducting GMP and other internal audits to maintain and improve site manufacturing performance.

9.

Monitor product quality along the preparation and production lines to the agreed specifications.

10.

Audit raw materials, check their suitability for use on site and the use of stock rotation.
