We are Hiring Quantity Surveyor (Civil/Mechanical) with previous experience in an Engineering Consultancy environment.

Office Location: Cairo
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
- Prepare, review, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Assist in cost estimation and budgeting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and variation orders.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
- Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure accurate quantity assessments.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.
- Support procurement and tendering activities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Previous experience in an Engineering Consultancy is mandatory.
- Strong experience in quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel; experience with CostX, PlanSwift, or similar QS software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience
- Consultancy experience on residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.
- Experience working with international codes and standards is a plus.
