Immediate Requirement
Type of Project / Duties of the Job:
Duties include:
- Delivering the Cost Consultancy / Quantity Surveying Services during the pre-contract stage undertaken by the Company in the role of Cost Consultant.
- Quantity take-off, Cost estimating, and cost planning during design phases.
- Key tasks include Pre-Contract Quantity Surveying, including evaluation of variations and payment applications, preparing cost reports and commercial correspondence, coordinating with the project parties, attending meetings, evaluating claims, etc.

- BOQ preparation and pricing
- Support in tender documentation
- Coordination with project parties
- Contract Administration
- Valuation of contract payment application
- Valuation of contract variations
- Preparation of cost report and cash flow
Education Requirements (Including Certification requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil/Arch. Engineering, Construction Management, or a related
field.
Experience in Years Specific Experience in Region
- Above 6-10 Years
- Relevant UAE experience preferable
