Requirement: Possess a Bachelor degree in Cost Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Must be trained in Mechanical/Electrical Trades and familiar with measuring (taking-off) work or BOQ.
Experience in construction procurement, tendering/bidding, contract compilation, commercial negotiation, project cost controlling, payment evaluation, final account compilation, international trade preferred.
Min 5 years of relevant experience in a multi-national company preferred.
Able to work independently and with initiative, be hard working and responsible.
Good interpersonal, communication skills and good command of English.
Good command of computer skills, software like Microsoft Office.
