Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. As aReal Estate Agent, you will consult with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, present suitable options, and manage smooth real estate transactions. The role emphasizeshigh ethical standards, honest client relationships, and exceptional after-sale support. You will maintain up-to-date market knowledge, stay informed on property listings, and build strong, trust-based client connections to ensure outstanding customer experience and satisfaction. Additionally, you will negotiate deals and guide clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 yearof experience in the Dubai real estate market (highly preferred)

Strong understanding of Real Estate practices and property market insights

Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Bilingualproficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage (additional languages are a plus)

Valid driving license and car
