Your Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and property goals through direct consultations

- Match clients with suitable properties and coordinate viewings
- Create and manage listings for both rentals and sales
- Negotiate lease and sales agreements with professionalism and accuracy
- Ensure full compliance with legal documentation and transaction procedures
- Oversee deals from initial inquiry to final closing
- Build lasting relationships with clients, landlords, and industry contacts
