Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. They will promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services. Additionally, the agent will provide guidance and assistance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular interaction with clients to understand their property needs and financial capabilities will be crucial for this role.

• Customer Service and Real Estate knowledge
• Sales and Real Property expertise
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
• Familiarity with New Cairo residential areas and property markets is beneficial
