Real Estate Agent (Off-Plan)

Role Overview

As an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent at Home Pin Real Estate, you will play a key role in guiding clients through purchasing, selling, and investing in Dubai & Sharjah properties.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Meeting with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Staying updated on market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice

Matching clients with suitable off-plan and ready properties

Negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of clients

Preparing and reviewing all required documentation with full compliance

Facilitating signing processes and ensuring smooth deal closure

Building long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and developers

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory)

UAE Driving License + access to a car (preferred)

Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Proactive, confident, and target-driven personality

Strong passion for building a long-term career in Dubai real estate
