Role Description The Real Estate Agent role is a full-time hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility to work from home. The Real Estate Agent will identify and list properties, conduct property viewings, and support clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, providing market insights, preparing and presenting property proposals, and negotiating offers and contracts. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date property records, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and delivering high-quality customer service that aligns with wecare.ae's client-focused standards. The Real Estate Agent is expected to comply with local real estate regulations and uphold ethical, transparent practices in all transactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of local real estate regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market trends and property valuation basics.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and manage client expectations.
• Relevant experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar client-facing sales role is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities, is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an asset.
