Role Description

As a Real Estate Broker, you will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties. Your responsibilities include building strong client relationships, conducting property tours and evaluations, analyzing market trends, negotiating favorable terms, and offering expert insights on legal and financial considerations. This role requires a keen understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide strategic advice to help clients make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Proven track record in sales and negotiations, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
• Comprehensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market and industry standards
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and social media tools
• Certification in Real Estate and/or Property Management is an advantage
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, such as Arabic, are a plus
• A valid UAE driver's license is a must
