We're Hiring: Real Estate Brokers

We're looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in the heart of Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a strong track record in the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to closing deals and building lasting client relationships.

Office Location: Iris Bay Business Bay, Dubai

Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leasing and secondary market sales for residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate contracts with clients and landlords
• Conduct daily client outreach via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring consistent follow-ups
• Organize and lead professional property tours using the company vehicle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international agents to support client referrals and business growth
• Proactively follow up with leads from our office to secure closings
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support the sales pipeline
• Build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Proven track record in real estate sales, ideally within the Dubai market
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Dubai real estate (Leasing / Secondary Market/Offplan)
• Native-level fluency in English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• RERA certification is an advantage
• Professional, self-driven, and confident in client outreach
