Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing transactions, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote residential and commercial properties.
• Generate new leads and build a strong client portfolio.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close internal and external deals.
• Prepare and review sales and leasing agreements.
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month.
• Commission Structure:15% commission on internal closings.

20% commission on external closings.

• Primary focus will be on external property closings.
• Company-provided Employment Visa.
• Company-provided Medical Insurance.
