Job Description: Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.Manage Clients inquiries in professional way. Close new business deals by coordinating, Developing and negotiating contracts Locate potential clients deals by contacting potential clients discovering and exploring opportunities. Protect organization's values by keeping information confidential.Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs. Achieve monthly target set by the company. Build referral and lead generation network.
Requirements :Minimum of 2 year experience in U.A.E Real Estate Market. Strong client relationship management skills and excellent negotiation skills. A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team. A proven track record (will be checked). Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
