Role Description The Recent Graduate & All Title Real Estate Agent role at EgyProperty is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the process. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, listing and updating property information, preparing documentation, and coordinating viewings. The agent will respond to client inquiries, provide market insights, and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants. The role also includes collaborating with the internal team to support marketing efforts and staying informed about local real estate trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe.
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles, including property valuation, contracts, and local market dynamics.
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to negotiate, close deals, and meet performance targets.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, active listening, and client satisfaction.
• Recent graduate in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with New Cairo neighborhoods and local property markets is an advantage.
