Core Responsibilities

1、Regional Launch Support

  • Provide hands-on support for the setup and rollout of new countries, new teams, and new offices within the region.
  • Coordinate local resources including office administration, vendor management, and essential operational services.
  • Assist in establishing foundational management processes and local support mechanisms.

2、HR and Employee Support

  • Facilitate employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and day-to-day HR services.
  • Support expatriate and key personnel in their local landing and assimilation, ensuring a smooth transition into both work and living environments.
  • Follow up on practical employee concerns across work, daily life, and cross-functional collaboration, and drive effective resolution.

3、Corporate Policy Implementation and Cross-Regional Coordination

  • Serve as the primary interface between headquarters and regional teams, driving the local execution of corporate policies, programs, projects, and management requirements.
  • Support day-to-day organizational coordination across multiple time zones, languages, and cultural contexts.
  • Track, escalate, and close out critical issues to improve responsiveness and overall operational efficiency.

4、Organizational and Business Support

  • Partner with regional leadership to identify key role requirements, talent risks, and priority areas for organizational support.
  • Provide high-touch support for key projects, strategic countries, and critical teams.
  • Contribute to team stability, management communications, and continuous improvement of organizational effectiveness.

5、Third-Party and External Resource Management

  • Coordinate with local external partners, including administrative services, office solutions, employment service providers, and other vendors.
  • Oversee service quality, delivery timelines, and issue resolution to maintain high standards of external support.

Qualifications

1、Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in regional HR, administration, organizational operations, or integrated support functions.

2、Proven experience working in overseas regions, multi-country settings, or cross-cultural environments, with the flexibility to travel frequently and collaborate across time zones.

3、Prior experience in launching new countries, new teams, or new offices is strongly preferred.

4、Industry background in global-facing companies, cross-border operations, fintech, payments, e-commerce, or internet businesses is a plus.

5、Strong communication, coordination, and execution capabilities, with the ability to independently drive multiple initiatives in complex, fast-paced settings.

6、High sense of accountability, rapid responsiveness, and sound judgment in handling ambiguous or unstructured situations.

7、For MEA region: Mandarin Chinese speakers preferred; English is mandatory, and French is highly desirable.

8、For LatAm region: Mandarin Chinese speakers preferred; Spanish or Portuguese is mandatory, and English is also required.
