About the Job

The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and managing corporate client relationships, originating financing opportunities, and delivering tailored credit solutions that support business growth while ensuring portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and present credit proposals in line with company policies.
• Analyze financial and business information to support credit decisions.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor customer portfolios and ensure compliance with approved credit terms.
• Maintain portfolio quality while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Corporate Sales, or SME Banking/Finance.
• Experience in credit analysis or corporate financing is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
