Confidential Opportunity | Duty Manager

A leading lifestyle luxury hotel located in the heart of Dubai is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who excels in guest relations, operational leadership, and delivering seamless service across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, complaints, and VIP requests, ensuring timely resolution.

• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Food & Beverage, and other operational departments.

• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with luxury hospitality expectations.

• Support emergency procedures and operational decision-making when required.

• Lead and motivate the operational team while maintaining a strong guest-focused culture.

• Prepare operational reports, shift handovers, and incident documentation.

We're looking for someone who has:

✔ Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Front Office Manager within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.

✔ Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and overall hotel management.

✔ Excellent guest relations, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

✔ Experience handling VIP guests and service recovery.

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

✔ Experience with Opera PMS or a similar hotel management system is preferred.

✔ UAE or GCC hospitality experience is highly desirable.
