Resident Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineers to join our team for a prestigious villa and hotel development projects in Abu Dhabi. This role will involve managing the construction process for high-end villas, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years experience as a Resident Engineer with a focus on luxury villa/ building projects
• Strong understanding of villa construction, including both structural and architectural aspects
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate all aspects of villa development projects
• Previous experience locally or GCC region is highly preferred
• Proficient in project documentation, reporting, and site supervision
