Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Visit branches regularly to monitor performance, staff, and cleanliness
Drive daily and monthly sales targets per branch
Train shop staff on cross-selling, upselling, and customer service
Report on KPIs, sales figures, and performance issues
Coordinate with Operations and Management to resolve issues
Monitor customer complaints and implement corrective measures
Ensure promotions and services are applied uniformly across branches

Requirements

Minimum 3 years UAE experience in a retail, laundry, salon, or food & beverage chain
Strong leadership, sales, and training skills
Excellent communication and reporting ability
UAE experience preferred
Nationality: Any
Driving license is an advantage
