Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit branches regularly to monitor performance, staff, and cleanliness
  • Drive daily and monthly sales targets per branch
  • Train shop staff on cross-selling, upselling, and customer service
  • Report on KPIs, sales figures, and performance issues
  • Coordinate with Operations and Management to resolve issues
  • Monitor customer complaints and implement corrective measures
  • Ensure promotions and services are applied uniformly across branches

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years UAE experience in a retail, laundry, salon, or food & beverage chain
  • Strong leadership, sales, and training skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting ability
  • UAE experience preferred
  • Nationality: Any
  • Driving license is an advantage
