About the Role:

We are seeking a Risk Officer to join our team and support the company's strategy in building a strong and effective risk management framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks that may impact the company's operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework covering operational, financial, and compliance risks.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company policies remain fully compliant.
  • Prepare detailed risk reports and present insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with different departments to establish effective risk controls.
  • Promote a strong risk-awareness culture across the organization.
  • Contribute to business continuity planning and emergency response frameworks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in risk management or a related field (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in risk management or a related discipline (preferably within financial institutions or large corporations).
  • Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks as well as international standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking ability.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required
