Job Description & Role:
Support business development by analyzing Customer requirements and transformation strategy by proposing solutions in reference to the Company existing products and services.
Maintain the relationship with the Company clients.
Put plan for Customer visits and maintain it.
Build healthy and strong pipeline.
Update Weekly company management.
Work with other departments to make sure projects delivered as per Customer expectations.
Look after any issues/challenges faced by clients.
Support management by building business plans for high profile clients.
Implement sales daily activities, develop sales action plans and generate leads/opportunities.
Ensure the right solution is proposed to meet Client requirements.
Achieve the set sales target and gross margin.
Comply with the Company internal processes.
Encourage team work.
Min 3+ years experience in Software Solutions sales and in SaaS
Advanced sales Certification
Advanced sales professional
Sales negotiations certification
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
Software Solutions understanding
Team management leadership
Strong communication skills
Strong writing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, marketing or business administration
- MBA preferred
