Job Description

We are seeking a Sales & Client Retention Executive to join our team at Breathe Maintenance. The role involves selling monthly maintenance agreements (MMA) to external clients as well as haus & haus customers (buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords).

You are responsible for acquiring new business while retaining clients by providing exceptional service levels and support, which includes effectively managing any queries. This role requires you to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate needs and deliver on expectations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Selling monthly maintenance agreements (MMA) to all haus & haus clients, as well as finding new business.
  • Requesting any additional information on current issues within the property, and suggesting work to be taken up with us regardless of MMA sales.
  • Daily follow-up with potential clients to provide information and pricing.
  • Using professional marketing and sales skills to ensure the maximum number of MMA contracts are sold.
  • Providing ongoing support, information, and assistance to clients to ensure their happiness with our service.
  • Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of the MMA service and its delivery mechanisms in order to respond effectively to enquiries.
  • Working closely with the maintenance division to make sure any requests are handled effectively and delivered within the agreed timeframe.
  • Representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Identifying values of contracts and maximising the information.

What You'll Need

  • A strong background in sales or customer service.
  • Experience with package sales (Preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with client aftercare.
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
  • A proactive, energetic and collaborative approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
