Role Description

The Sales Consultant (Commission-based) role at Migrate World is a part-time hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The consultant will engage prospective and existing clients, explain migration and citizenship-by-investment offerings, and guide them through the initial consultation and qualification process. responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored solutions, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with legal and administrative teams, supporting client onboarding, and ensuring a professional, high-quality client experience. Performance will be measured primarily by sales conversions, client satisfaction, and adherence to compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in professional settings.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or advisory roles, ideally within financial, legal, or migration services.
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements in Cairo, Egypt, and proficiency with common digital tools (CRM, email, online meeting platforms).
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.
• Ability to generate leads.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
