Job Description :
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties to potential buyers, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the timely completion of all sales transactions.
· Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers.
· Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, online marketing, and networking events.
· Conduct property tours and provide information to clients on features, benefits, and specifications of each property.
· Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, negotiate deals, and close sales transactions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
· Manage all aspects of the sales process, including documentation, contracts, and payments.
· Attend company meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay up to date on industry trends and sales techniques.
· Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as the marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions in the company's CRM system.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales preferably with real estate developers in Dubai
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Strong sales skills and ability to close deals.
· Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Familiarity with CRM software and Office suite
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
