Job Description

MDLBEAST Radio is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Lead, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the audio and music industry. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will support our mission to establish MDLBEAST Radio as a leader in the market.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop innovative sales campaigns and drive customer engagement. To excel in this role, you should have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the audio and music industry. You should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client businesses and present tailored advertising opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales calls.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to design and implement innovative sales campaigns.
  • Assist in securing client sponsorship for station promotions and events.
  • Prepare and present targeted advertising schedules based on client briefs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Head of Sales.
  • Support the Head of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the audio and music industry.
  • Strong understanding of advertising and media sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
