Sales Manager – Dermatology and Cosmetology Medical Devices
The Sales Manager will lead the market expansion efforts for the Dermatology and Cosmetology medical device (capital equipment) product lines. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth across UAE with significant autonomy to develop new markets and establish a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and develop new markets/territories across the UAE for the Dermatology and Cosmetology Medical Device portfolio.
- Strategically introduce consumable products following the successful establishment of the medical device line.
- Build and foster strong relationships with distributors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate the company's penetration and growth in the MEA region.
- Over time, recruit, develop, and lead a sales team to enhance regional reach and performance.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the role:
- Degree in biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or a related discipline to understand the technical and clinical aspects of dermatology products.

- Proven sales experience in dermatology or cosmetology capital equipment, with a strong network in the industry.
- Prior experience with a reputable derma distributor or principal company, with a successful track record of UAE coverage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships.
