Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for our Water Purifier category to drive sales and expand our distribution network.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliances distribution (water purification category), a deep understanding of the dealer market, and proven experience in achieving sales targets. This role requires effective market analysis, dealer relationship management, and a focus on delivering results in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribution: Distribute water purifiers to dealers, independent retailers, organized retailers, and power retailers.
- Dealer Market Experience: Leverage experience in the appliances dealer market and strong relationships with dealers.
- Sales of Appliances: Proven experience in selling Water purifiers.
- New Dealer Development: Identify and develop new dealers within the market to expand business opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies to take appropriate action and capitalize on potential new markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Sales.
- 3+ years of experience in the appliances - water purifier.
- Proven track record of developing dealer networks and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain and build key account relationships.
- Market intelligence skills to assess competition and identify new opportunities.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with dealers.
- Experience with collections management and pricing strategies.
