About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager covering MICE to join our pre-opening team at Nurai Island. Reporting to the Executive Director of Sales, the ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a desire to connect and create unique experiences for guests. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business and promoting the resorts offerings to create unique guest journeys and life-long ambassadors of the brand. Ultimately, you will contribute to exceeding revenue targets via engaged interactions that are personalised for bookers and travellers. This role covers both MICE and on site / off site catering opportunities.

About you

• Proven sales background in an ultra-luxury environment, with 3-5 years experience in high-end FIT and group account management.
• Strong bias for action with proven experience in driving and exceeding goals.
• Exceptional leadership qualities that inspire booker connections to reserve and move travellers to Nurai Island.
• Ability to drive awareness via marketing, social media, trainings etc., with bookers and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is essential and Arabic preferred. Proficiency in any additional language is a significant advantage.
• Ability to handle all requests and preferences efficiently, calmly and courteously.
• A driver of excellence in service delivery, with a strong interest in creating ambassadors via market interactions.
• Understand the latest trends and competitor movements to ensure we stay best in class.
• Must be highly organised, admin proficient, with the ability to multitask and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
