B2B Sales Executive Job Description

Position Summary:

The Indoor B2B Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing business-to-business (B2B) sales from within the office environment. This role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote products/services.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to their business requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure retention and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
  • Monthly/quarterly sales revenue achieved.
  • Number of new business accounts acquired.
  • Client retention rate.
  • Pipeline growth and conversion ratio.
  • Customer satisfaction scores.
