Job Summary:
Skilled Specialist – Enterprise ERP Functional Analyst (SAP) to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA and related enterprise solutions. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational requirements into effective SAP solutions while ensuring process standardization, system reliability, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend standardization, automation, and improvement opportunities.
- Support SAP modules related to Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, MRO, or other assigned functions.
- Coordinate with business process owners, SAP consultants, developers, integration teams, and implementation partners.
- Prepare test scenarios and support unit, integration, regression, and user-acceptance testing.
- Investigate functional incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Support master-data migration, data validation, system integration, and reporting requirements.
- Prepare process documentation, user guides, training materials, and knowledge-transfer records.
- Ensure SAP roles, workflows, and processes comply with governance, audit, cybersecurity, and segregation-of-duties requirements.
- Monitor vendor deliverables and provide regular updates on risks, issues, and assigned actions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst or Consultant.
- Practical experience in at least one complete SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle is preferred.
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more SAP modules, such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, PS, EAM, or GRC.
- Experience in requirements analysis, process mapping, configuration, functional specifications, testing, training, and production support.
- Knowledge of SAP integration, workflows, master data, reporting, roles, and authorization concepts.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, MRO, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Relevant SAP S/4HANA functional certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
