Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
- Observe live security feeds and identify suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to security alarms and emergencies
- Report security incidents to the Security Supervisor or Control Room Manager
- Verify visitor identities and issue visitor passes, Maintain visitor and contractor entry/exit records.
- Ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas
- Coordinate emergency responses with security personnel, police, ambulance, or civil defence when required
- Maintain effective communication with security guards, supervisors, and emergency services
- Operate radios, telephones, and other communication equipment
- Monitor CCTV systems continuously, Retrieve and preserve CCTV footage when required
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in security operations or CCTV monitoring
