Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 4,500 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Supervisor with a strong background in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to oversee daily security operations and ensure a safe, secure, and compliant working environment. The successful candidate will supervise security personnel, enforce company policies, conduct safety inspections, and ensure compliance with UAE security and HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Security Operations

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, contractors, and company assets.
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems.
• Conduct regular patrols and security inspections of the premises.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches, preparing detailed reports.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate appropriate actions.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and company policies.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the workplace.
• Conduct routine HSE inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety policies.
• Support risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
• Monitor the use of PPE and ensure employees follow safe working practices.
• Assist in emergency response planning, evacuation drills, and incident investigations.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.

Team Management

• Supervise, train, and mentor security officers.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching where required.
• Ensure all security personnel maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Coordinate with management on staffing requirements and operational needs.

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security and HSE reports.
• Maintain incident logs, visitor records, and access control documentation.
• Coordinate with external authorities during inspections or emergencies when required.
• Ensure all security equipment is operational and report maintenance requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Valid Security Supervisor certification or SIRA certification is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor in the UAE.
• Experience in facilities, hospitality, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use environments.
• Hands-on experience in HSE implementation and workplace safety.
• Experience leading and managing security teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of security operations and emergency response procedures.
• Good understanding of UAE HSE regulations and workplace safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and incident reporting systems.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
