Senior Accountant

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT requirements, and statutory reporting.
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and budgeting support.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Support the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and financial automation.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and provide technical guidance when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
