Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and working on tax compliance and reporting. Additional duties involve cash flow management, cost analysis, budgeting, and contributing to the development of financial processes and strategies. The role requires close engagement with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Sheikh Zayed.

• Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, including expertise in preparing financial statements and reconciling accounts.
• Proficiency in cost management, budgeting, and cash flow planning to support financial stability and growth strategies.
• Experience with tax planning and compliance processes, as well as understanding of relevant tax regulations.
• Savvy in financial systems and analysis, including implementation of systems, processes, and financial health assessments.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in diverse industries such as retail, healthcare, or technology.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
