IN3 Technology is an Egyptian enterprise software company building its own products — Tarasol (enterprise correspondence management), Al-Diwan (document archiving), and Farabi (Document AI and complex Arabic OCR) — running at the heart of daily operations in some of Egypt's largest and most prestigious government and enterprise organizations. Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver Farabi-based AI solutions at client sites — OCR, extraction, classification, semantic search, chat with documents.
- Build and tune RAG pipelines over enterprise archives — Arabic, English, and mixed-language.
- Build production agentic workflows with guardrails, auditability, and human-in-the-loop discipline.
- Deploy and operate model serving (vLLM, NVIDIA NIM, Triton, Ollama) and size GPU infrastructure.
- Apply knowledge graphs and GraphRAG patterns where they improve client outcomes.
- Explain AI decisions, limits, and risks credibly to non-technical client stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of software, backend, cloud, or solution engineering — solid development skills and real production deployments.
- 2–3 years of hands-on, in-production AI work — LLMs, RAG, agents, or Document AI.
- At least one agentic workflow (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent) and one RAG pipeline built, tuned, and operated in production.
- On-prem, private-cloud, or air-gapped AI deployment experience — essential for our client base.
- Customer-facing technical communication in Arabic and English.
- Egypt-based with client travel; comfortable with a limited on-call dimension.
