You need to be able to:
- Brainstorm innovative creative concepts with your talented team of designers, writers, photographers, videographers, and illustrators
- Collaborate with a copywriter to conceptualize advertising strategies and cutting-edge content
- Research and understand clients marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience so you can bring their vision to life in bold new ways
- Present big, audacious ideas to client and convince them to approve it
- Monitor the progress of assigned projects through each phase of development
- Manage projects both on and off location, as required
- Stay on top of the latest trends and technology so your work never dates
- Lead and inspire your creative team
You need to have:
- At least three years of experience in a creative leadership role
- A portfolio of exceptional luxury work that showcases your creative vision and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI design tools
- The ability to collaborate, as well as work independently
- Strong communication, presentation, multi-tasking, and time management skills
