- ITIL V3 Awareness / Foundation Certified.
- Fluent in spoken & written English.
- Arabic Language (spoken : as add on skill).
- Awareness of the IT hardware & Equipment's.
- Inventory management experience.
- Dealing with suppliers / support parties / follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with both external and internal customers.
- Awareness of the IT Infrastructure & Applications.
- Customer service skills and client focus.
- Strong communications skills including the ability to communicate technical information in using non-technical language.
